Q. Is using your website safe?
A. Yes it is. We have one of the safest websites in Australia, and we use the eway payment gateway so your details are safe with us.
Q. Are your prices on your web site ex GST?
A. Yes they are, GST of 10% will be added to the price at check out.
Q. What percentage do you charge for credit card payments?
A. Zero. We do not charge any credit card fees, not even on Amex :)
Q. How much do you charge for freight?
A. Currently every item purchased from our web site has no delivery charge. We ship all of our goods directly from our warehouse to you via Australia Post, Couriers Please or DHL domestic depending on your location and size of the order.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Barcode Australia was founded in May 1993. Over the 17 years we have been in business we have "barcoded" for 1000's of clients. We don't work out of a post box, so you are more than welcome to drop in and say hi and discuss your requirements, or see your labels being made on one of our high speed label presses. Did you know we make millions of labels every week!
Q. I need a specific label made for my thermal printer that is not on this site, can you do it?
A. Yes we can. We have a large range of label dies specifically for thermal printers. We can make custom sized labels in around 3 working days. Contact us and we will arrange a quote.
